Whoaou !! whats happening with the Forms ???

Since  2 days when I add a row on the top using a Form the sheets are disorganized and the formulas are destroyed...am I the only person to have the issue ?

When I had by the  bottum, the formulas are not copied...

It was workin until last week

My sheet is in place since sevral week and got 500 rows

No answer from the support, all my files are out of order...

Anyone with the same issue ?

We already have opened a ticket, we'd like to have confirmation of the issue by other customers.

Have you seen the video ?  If you use Smartsheet yourself , (I hope !), so please try this basic function shown in the video and post your comment if it works fine for you, it will be very helpfull

Today we bought smartsheet licences to manage inventory of raw material in a Biotech lab, instead of excel, i'd like to knwo if I need to go back to excel, this function is mandatory for us ?

The basic function was working froms sevral weeks and suddunly failed

All my files are impacted

as you can see, basic Sheet with a FORM inserting on the TOP are broken.

It is critical for my customers.

 

Can you follow that up to Dev Team for fixing ?
