Hello,

I am a new user who would like to subscribe to smartsheet however, we have a few questions:

1. If a row, column or attachment is deleted and the sheet is saved, is there a way to get this information back? Is it possible to have a pop up ask if we are sure we wish to delete a column?

2. Does one subscription do both mobile and desktop?

3. Where are the smartsheet servers located? Is there redundancy in the event of an environmental disaster?

4. What is the space limit for file attachments? (MB, TB etc.)  Is there a limit to how many files are attached?

5. Is it possible to hide some attachments or columns from some users?

Hi,  see below,

1. If a row, column or attachment is deleted and the sheet is saved, is there a way to get this information back? Is it possible to have a pop up ask if we are sure we wish to delete a column? [copy the sheet and then revert to that copy if needed, but use permissions to avoid people deleting what they shouldn't. Having to revert to a previous sheet would be cumbersome. No pop up warning available sorry but same approach ref permissions will help here]

2. Does one subscription do both mobile and desktop? [Yes]

3. Where are the smartsheet servers located? Is there redundancy in the event of an environmental disaster? [I believe they are in multiple data centers in the US thus redundancy is catered for, where are you based?? ]

4. What is the space limit for file attachments? (MB, TB etc.)  Is there a limit to how many files are attached? [100 GB per Licensed User for a Business Plan subscription]

5. Is it possible to hide some attachments or columns from some users? [Yes through combination of reports and publishing]
