Forms: Text box inserts based on select answers

Hello community,

I am using a form as a survey and am trying to use a "If yes, please explain what/why" option.

Is there a way to pose a question on a form with a Yes/No answer and can select based on which of those answers will add an additional text box to another column or so?

Appreciate any input or ideas people may have.

Hi,

Unfortunately, there isn't natively in Smartsheet, but you can do it with the help of Smartsheet Sync together with Google Forms.
