I set up a notification alert to send an update once a column is checked as "done", and was to include all items in that row, including attachments and comments. However, I am not receiving the comments and attachments. Please help.

Currently, only comments and attachments will be delivered in a notification if they are the trigger of the notification; meaning they're set in the rule as the change that causes the notification to be sent out.
When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links to the right of the community site to let our Product team know that you'd like to see the ability to include all attachments and comment threads in the context of a notification email in a future version of Smartsheet.
