Allocation meeple appearing without any concurrent task

Hi,

I got a mysterious meeple over-allocation icon that I have check numerous times did not any have a concurrent task. As I interpret the allocation icon, it means I am doing many task as the same time on which numerous occasion I can clear it by changing the schedule or dividing the task to subtask or phases with different start date and end date that will not conflict other task. I also assign to another person if I am overallocated,

I also made the task to have 0.125d duration and it dose clear the over-allocation meeple

What cause this? Is this a bug?

Hi D Micu,

It sounds like you're set to 100% allocation on more than one task at the same time—either on the same sheet or across multiple sheets. Smartsheet recognizes you as being overallocated because of this. I'd recommend reducing your % allocation on all of your tasks that run concurrently, or changing the start/finish dates on your tasks so they don't overlap as much.
