Automatic reminder emails
I would like to be able to have an automatic email sent to the speaker of a conference, 2 weeks prior to the conference and then 1 week prior to the conference with possibly some type of acknowledgement that the email was received and/or read?
E.G. Remind Joe Schmo on 5/10 and then again on 5/17 that he has a noon lecture in S258 on Physics Quality and Safety. Is this possible?

Hi Terry,
Yes, it is. You can set up reminders, notifications, update requests and approval workflows. For example. You could set up an approval request so that the speaker confirms and approve before the conference and then a reminder after that.

Yes, I believe so. It's just very cumbersome to email reminders to the faculty several times.
