Google Form Sync with Smartsheet

Hello,

I had a few questions regarding syncing Google Form responses to a Smartsheet. I've followed the instructions and have connected the two but the responses aren't being recorded in the new sheets. Is there usually a delay or is something not working properly?

Also, I have some "untitled' questions which is used to capture optional comments to a question. They are not included in the Smartsheet columns, so would these need to be "named" to be added in/capture responses? Could these be the issues to the forms not being properly recorded?

Any help appreciated and thanks in advance.

It sounds like some of the behavior you're experiencing is unexpected. I'd recommend first unlinking the Google Form sync to troubleshoot—this creates a new sheet in Smartsheet.
