I am trying to update our inventory system to Smartsheets and I want to take a picture of a Barcode and instead of geting the picture of the Bar Code I am getting just the numbers. How can I go about fixing this?

iOS or Android? On iOS, there are two choices, a barcode scan or camera.

I am using an iOS system. I have tried using both and only the camera feature works.

I meant on the Smartsheet sheet, which cell, column type and so on. Maybe it isn't working because what you're trying isn't supported.

The only thing is that the barcode does have letters in it as well. Does that matter or will that work and also is there specific types of barcode fonts that can be used?
No that doesn't matter because it scans the letters also. Can you take a screenshot and share with me so that I can see where you are trying to take a photo?

I tried all the options, and it works for me. Can you try with another barcode to see if that works and can you also take a picture of the barcode that isn't working?
I tried a different bar code and got the same results.
I have attached a copy of the barcode that is not working.
You did this as a picture not the barcode scan which is what I was trying to do on the app itself.
Is that the only thing that is working currently on the app the picture version

Is it possible to sort a report widget in dashboards? We have data that could be sorted by date or by location name depending on the use case. Is this possible? I know the underlying sheet can be sorted by column, but I can't see a way to sort the data in the report widget.
When building this report an incorrect filter was added to the report (see picture). After it was added, we were unable to delete the filter, edit anything within the report, or edit columns in the sheets tagged to the report. Does anyone have a solution to this?
