Hi,
I've created a project schedule template that I will use for multiple projects throughout the year (avg. 100). This template has a total of 4 different alerts/actions. The template will default to a subject line like this one for a notification:
- "Changes to Schedule #1: Project w/Professional Print2: Notification"
This subject line is too long and not informative. I want to have my templates automatically default to a subjection line that looks like this so the alert/action title is before the sheet name, not after:
- "Notification: Schedule #1: Project w/Professional Print2"
How do I go about doing this in the templates I create without having to manually type the subject line for EVERY schedule and alert I create?
