We use smartsheet to track enhancement tickets that is logged with us, I would like to setup a "custom" email that is triggered for every phase a ticket might go to, example move from phase 1 to 2 then a custom email gets trigered with our companys custom info and details around the ticket. ? We have an outside logging system , this would only be for "special Requests tickets"
The client will only receive this notification and no access to smartsheet.
