Notifications work for me but don't work for additional emails in cell

Hi, 

I'm having issues getting notifications to work.  I have line items where there are multiple emails in a cell. 

I have it set up when a date changes, a request for notification goes out to the emails in a designated cell.  The emails go to me when I'm the contact but when there are other contacts in the cell, those emails to those other contacts fail.  Why?

Mel have you checked your sharing permissions? First check your Alerts and Actions Permissions in settings. Second, if you have restrictive enabled you will need to make sure the users are at least viewers of the sheet.
