Approval Request Status/Summary?

I'm new to using the approval request feature in Smartsheet. Is there a way to see the status of each approval requests in a sheet along with a summary, similar to the update request feature? I'd love to see a copy of the message that went out to each approver, similar to what can be viewed when clicking into the "details" section of an update request.

Unfortunately, there isn't. A possible workaround could be to mail a copy of the request to yourself.
