Drop down column based on previous response in web forms

I am looking at creating field in webform in such a way that, the number of columns are based on the response given earlier. For example, if 1st input asks for number of devices, I want that many number of columns to show up for taking in values for that many devices.

Google forms can be created to work with smartsheet and have conditional capability,  this may be able to do something similar for you.

Please also add my vote as this is one of the features we also need to allow users to fill different catagories of information based on a condition in one or more previous fields in the web form.
