I do not want weekends to display on the Calendar view of a task list, but I don't see any way to do this in the properties. How is this accomplished?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to do it in the native Calendar view. The good news is that it's possible with the Add-on - Calendar Application by Smartsheet.
