Retrieve deleted data?
Hi, all: I'm a new user of SmartSheet in an organization that has a few other users, and one team that uses it quite extensively.
Putting out a question that I think I know the answer to, but here goes: One of the users on the team that uses it a lot recently discovered that he believes that several rows of data were deleted from a SmartSheet. Is there any way to see/retrieve that data?
I'm doubting it, but wanted to ask before reporting back.
Thanks, and looking forward to learning more about this great tool!

Unfortunatly no there is not a way to retrieve data, a good practice is to create a backup read :

As James mentioned, backing up your data is the best way to avoid loosing data from collaborator mistakes.
There is good news for you - it is likely the Support team can send the sheet owner a checkpoint of your sheet from before the rows were deleted. Email support@smartsheet.com with the name of the sheet and the approximate time the rows were deleted.

Thanks to you both for your answers, and Travis for the suggestions. I'll do that right away!
