Hide / Show Columns

It would be really nice if Unhide ALL wasn't the only option.  I print info for several different people and some of the columns need to be seen by some but not all. I hide alot of columns so unhiding all just to change a couple is a total pain and alot of waisted time.

    A possible workaround could be to have different reports for different people that are already set up with the right columns?

    Would that work?

  • I would definitely set up a report for each user/view level you need. Then you won't have to hide/unhide any columns and manually print from the sheet. You can just share a link directly to the report, or export/print the report on your schedule and send to user(s) as needed.
