Contol Center: Program/Workspace Relationship

Hello All,

I am working to better understand the Control Center application to help my department use this tool at our University. Any information you can provide regarding my question below is much appreciated.

What is the relationship between programs in the control center and workspaces in smartsheet? Can a program provision templated blueprints to multiple workspaces or only a single workspace?

Hello,

Currently a program can only be provisioned into a single workspace. You will have the option to have a new provisioned project create a folder within a designated workspace, or you can have each project create a new workspace, but the project will only be able to live in a single workspace. You can have your template set up to have multiple folders and organization within the project, but it will live within the same workspace.

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
