A while back I stopped receiving notifications from work regarding my worked hours. Neither me or my boss has been able to solve the issue. It seems that I am no longer subscribed to receive them. If I unsubscribed I am unaware that I did. I need to fix this to avoid having to sit down every week with a list of hours to verify what I have worked.
I forgot to add that all my notifications are turned on including the text message notifications. I do not receive anything from smart sheet except the daily mail.

Have you or your boss looked at the Alerts & Actions to see if something is disabled and if it's enabled and active have you tried to add you again?

Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
