Error when submitting a Smartsheet form
Hello,
It was reported in our organization that a few users are receiving an error message when submitting a Smartsheet form. The error message reads, "There was an error submitting the form. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of this form."
The owner of the form does not have any available insights as to why the users are receiving the error message.

Errors like this can happen when Smartsheet is having a small momentary tech blip (rare), too many users are submitting this form at the same time, or alternatively, the form has been removed, or the settings on the form are set so that people have to log in to Smartsheet or perform a Captcha and they haven't logged in or finished a captcha or they have a popup blocker.
