Read Confirmation?

I've set up a SmartSheet for information sharing in my agency. The sheet is updated daily by those with Editor permissions.

Is there any way to get a "read confirmation"? In other words, is there a way to tell if each member of the organization viewed the sheet?

Unfortunately, there isn't.

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Possible workarounds

Check the activity log and select view under Actions
Have an approval go out to for confirmation
A checkbox that each member checks to inform that they viewed the sheet

Would any of those options work?

You could manually check if you have access to the Activity Log you could download the log daily and run some quick excel or Google Sheet data comparison to the data to see if your user's emails show up in the list each day.

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
