Error in Loading the Form

When people try to follow the form link, they are getting "Required Field" error page instead of loading the form. below is a screen shot. When I got notified by email from some applicants [and this is embarrassing], I followed the hyperlink to land on the same error page.  Is there a solution? or this is the service level we should expect? If this is the case, it is better to cancel the plan and search for alternative solution. I like the ease smartheet offers, but if the servers can not take the load, I have no choice. Please support

I have been creating forms and sheets for our customers for quite some time and have never cone accross this issue.

Firstlly -Have you e-mailed Support, I have allways found then to be effective. support@smartsheet.com

Secondly - is the link just the one generated by the form or have you customised it in any way?  If so check the customisation.

That is the best advice I can give at the moment.

I agree with JamesR. The support I have recieved from emailing Smartsheet has always been quick and helpful.

A screen shot of the form configuration would be more helpful to help debug it so be ready to send that to support@smartsheet.com if you can't or don't want to post it here.

    Ghaleb,

Search the Community for "Report publishing - Required Field".

There was another user with a similar problem that was due to a typo.

From his answer, this may be a bug that needs to be reported.

Here is the discussion J was referring to.

The issue was related to a typo - some of the characters were lowercase when they should have been uppercase.

Could you please provide a little information about your situation...

-Did you modify the URL at anytime?

-Is it a URL for a published sheet, report, or a web form?

-Look at the thread I linked above and check if your URL has the same issue. If it does, please check the URL source (from the web form, published sheet, or report) and see if the source URL is also incorrect

    Thanks!
