I'm new to the community. I'm sure this question has been asked many times before, but I cannot find a suitable answer: Is there a limit to the number of users that can be active / accessing a sheet at the same time?
Hi Kevin,
I'm not aware of any limitation on active users in a sheet.
Do you have a scenario when there are many users active at the same time?
I hope this helps you!
Have a fantastic week!

Thanks for the response. Good to hear that to your knowledge, there is no limit to the number of users that can simultaneously access a sheet.
I will be rolling out out a training soon, and I plan to have about 30 users on the same sheet at one time... hoping it actually works.
Happy to help!
I would recommend contacting the Smartsheet support team to make sure that it will work.

Good luck with the rollout and please report back what the support team says and how it went.

There isn’t a limitation on the number of users who can collaborate on a sheet simultaneously —I saw 300+ users on a sheet once before. If you have a scenario where a lot users will be accessing a sheet at once, I’d recommend sharing the sheet with Editor permission, and above, only to users who will need to edit sheet data, and assigning Viewer permissions to everyone else.
Also, as a best practice, I’d suggest encouraging your collaborators to save and refresh often. If frequent changes are being made on the sheet, see here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522069-working-with-multiple-collaborators
I hope this helps!
Hello. I need to send a sheet to multiple different people and I want them to only be able to interact with their specific row. Is this possible? eg: 10 rows(person A, comment) I want Row 1 to go to person A and for them to only see their row and only comment in their specific section, Row 2 → person B, etc, etc. Any help…

I've got a sheet set up with multiple tasks assigned to different people. When printing the sheet the comments are all listed at the bottom of the sheet rather than under the relevant tasks. Is there a setting that allows the comments to be printed under each task ?
