Sync problems with Smartsheet to Outlook

Hi,

 

I have been syncing my smartsheet to outlook very successfully. 

Then recently there seems to have been a bug. 

 

The calendar in outlook no longer has a title and does not appear on the list of calendars. (so i cant delete it and republish, which is how i would normally solve it)

 

If i go to smartsheet and add the calendar again, it just reopens the untitled calendar

Any suggestions?

  • We use outlook all the time with Smartsheet calendars and have not had any issues deleting calendars (I just tested this). It sounds like you know how to delete calendars but just in case, here are the steps: https://support.office.com/en-US/article/Delete-a-calendar-9BA1364C-BDB0-41BE-8F66-EAF96698D021

     

    A couple things to try, you mentioned it opens the untitled calendar. Can you delete it once you have the calendar opened?

     

    Try turning the calendar OFF in Smartsheet, save/refresh the sheet, then turn it back on and add it to Outlook.
