Send Email From Azuqua

Has anyone had issues sending emails through Smartsheet via Azuqua FLOs?  We have had several FLOs running for over a year without any issues and now all of the sudden we are no longer receiving the emails that are triggered by certain events within Smartsheet. We do see that the steps through azuqua appear to be successful, and we have other tasks that are moving records to other sheets that are successful within the same FLOs (so it appears to be working).  I do have support tickets with both Smartsheet and Azuqua, but was just curious if the problem is isolated to us?

    I am still having this same issue, it I am having it through both platforms Azuqua and Zapier, where the "Send Row" is never actually being delivered via email.  Any ideas?

    Thanks for submitting a support case regarding this behavior. It looks like the issue was resolved by removing Smartsheet domains from a your email client’s blacklist. If you haven’t already, please add the following relays to your organization's trusted sender list:

    ord.relay.smartsheet.com

    iad.relay.smartsheet.com
