Smartsheets Sending Mobile App Notification, but Not Email

I have a conditional alert set up in my form to send an email every time a row is added. When I use a form to add a row, it sends me a notification on my phone through the app, but it isn't sending me an email.

I checked my spam filters and there is nothing in there being held. Has anyone else had this issue? This form is going to be for one of our departments, but they do not have/use the Smartsheets App.

    Hi,

    Under Personal Settings (up in the circle in the right corner) > notification you can choose how you want to be notified and if your own changes should be included.

  • I verified that as well. It is set for both email and push notifications. Even if I turn off push notifications, I still don't get the emails.

  • I got an email from our spam filter the next day saying I had 7 emails on hold... They didn't show up in the admin console until a few hours after they were sent.
