Form Creation-is there a way for the creator add a reference sheet/link to the form?
Hello,
We have a form that people will need a few descriptions listed out for them. We were hoping to add an attachment with this information or a link so that when users go to complete the form they can access this information if needed. We'd looked at adding it all to the bottom of the form, but would rather it's not part of the blank form template. I saw the attachment option for when someone submits the form they can add a document, as well as navigating someone to a specific webpage after the form is completed, but neither option would allow the form creator to add this information. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Or are we going to need to make a reference section at the bottom of the form that everyone will eventually skip past to submit a form?
Thank you!
Ashley

Hi Ashley,
You could add links in the form to the descriptions, or you could have a dashboard with the form on one side and the descriptions on the other side.
Would that work?
Happy New Year!
