I am getting this same error and requested help twice. Others in our company are having this problem and have requested help. We have not heard anything back. I am not able to share a workspace or folder. This is a real problem!

Good afternoon, It's 2023 and this error is still prevalent, is there any solution noted by smartsheet support for this? or is this error still unresolved? I am getting this same error when entering a users contact information for a sheet.

I get this problem regularly and then it seems to go away after awhile. I have yet to troubleshoot it in a way that I can reliably fix within a set time frame.
