Yes.
When you set up the Notification, you should see this dialog box.
Uncheck the ones you don't want included.

Craig, that will limit the triggers but the email notifications will still include the entire row.
There isnt a way at the moment to limit columns included in notifications but I'll add your vote for it!

It would be nice if some of the documentation included a screen shot of what to expect when Smartsheet sends out an email. Based on a couple of recent threads, I have on my to-do list to set up every kind of alert or notification or reminder I can find (do you have a complete list in one place by chance?) and then take screen shots of the set up and the resulting emails. I think this would help my clients when explaining work flow related to emails.

Thats a good idea Craig! I will suggest adding examples of alert emails to help articles to my colleague who maintains and updates the Help Center.

I add my vote for being able to limit the columns that are sent in a Notification. Some of our sheets have 50+ columns, so the email notification is unreadable!
