Web form to be input to a project schedule with dependents

Hello!

 

Is it possible to have a web form, such as

 input onto a project sheet with dependent children rows (that you have to hit a + or - sign for such as: 

 

 

I want to have the form bascially kick off a standard project management list.

Form entries cannot be auto-added to a hierarchy section, the rows will need to be dragged to the section once added to the sheet.

If you just using this to set up a new project, you'll likely save time by using Templates.

They can be set up for a sheet, folder, or a whole workspace.
