I am triggering some automation within another tool when receiving an email from smartsheet notifications. The problem being sometimes smartsheet collates emails when there are a few to send and sometimes it doesn't. Is there a way to control this behaviour as it makes it harder to cater for both outcomes programmatically?
With my alert notification I have "right away" set as the timeframe whereas I thought only send hourly, daily or weekly would invoke collation.
