Forms with multiple levels
Hello,
I'm hoping for some advice on how to create a form with multiple levels. By levels, I mean that some of the information submitted on the form will stay the same and can span many line items on my grid. That would be one level, and the second level would be additional information that would be different per each line item.
I would like all line items to roll up into level one using the indentation feature, without users needing to manually indent. It's very likely that I am not communicating the need efficiently, so I'm hoping the attached screenshot will help illustrate.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Can you tell me a little more about your use case and I might be able to help with a workaround?
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Hi Andrée,
Certainly! I'm looking to create a form that goes into a grid. The form would have 10 fields in total that our internal team would fill out. Five of the 10 fields would be "main" fields, and five would be "sub" fields.
There would be multiple entries for the five "sub" fields under the five "main" fields. The "main" fields would stay the same, and all "sub" fields would roll up into them.
In the past, we've handled this type of layout by typing in the five "main" fields and creating 10 lines underneath. We then indented the 10 lines so that they roll up into the top line. This was completed by entering in data into the grid.
I'm looking to enhance this workflow for a separate project and introduce the use of forms and keeping the indentation functionality.
Please let me know if you'd like anymore information and if there is a good work around.
Thank you!

Happy to help!
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
Have a fantastic week!
