How can i obtain sign off signatures from staff working remotely onto documents that i have attached onto Smartsheet. They do have access to Smartsheet on their tablets but it would help greatly if they were able to sign Docs i.e Toolbox talks, Training docs etc.

    Hi Joe,


    Do you want a legally binding signature or an indicator that they have read/approved something?


    if you are looking for a legally binding signature, I would take a look at Docusign, which integrates with Smartsheet. 


    If you just want an indicator they have approved or read a document, you could add a checkbox column to your sheet where they can check the box as a 'signature'.
