how to receive excel file notification for the newest update in smartsheet ?
Hello,
for the current smartsheet, for each new/update records in smartsheet: we receive an email notification for these updates. that is great.., however, in stead of receiving an email with all the new/update records on that email. are we able the send all the update/new records as an attachment - (excel format) via that email ? or to some specific server location ?

I can think of a few ways to set this up.

Hi Andree,
(1) the first image : is the current email notification that everytime I add/update new record in smart sheet
(2) the second image : which I expect to receive an excel file ( sample as picture) which including all new /update record in that email attachment; or it is better if the excel file could export to send to server location

I would probably set this up with the help of a service like Zapier or similar.
Do you want to include both added and updated rows?

I would like to have only the added one, not the update for now since it would cause the duplicate project if we send the update again. how does Zapier work ? is that another integration with smartsheet ? Thanks in advance

I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but it could probably be set up with a report instead.
The report could be set up to send as an attached excel file.
Would that work?
