I'm trying to add a user's email as a secondary email, but it's telling me the address is already in use. I can't however, find the other address as a user account. is there a way of finding out if it's being used as a secondary somehwere else?
Hi Garmon,
This generally happens when a user has had a sheet shared to them by mistake! You can write into our Support team for them to help you with the steps to work around this: https://help.smartsheet.com/contact
You'll want to let them know which is the secondary email (the one you're trying to add and getting the error for) and which is the account you're trying to add it to.
You're also going to want to have the person who is able to access those email inboxes help you through the steps they send you to complete the workaround!
