Activity Log: how to understand

Hello again,

I need a little help with trying to find out what user is doing via information from Activity Log.

If you look at the attached screenshot, activity log says that some user added picture via webform, which is clearly stated in relevant column and is indicated by mobile phone icon on the right hand side.

My question is: if these two informations are so clear, why is there that suffix after the filename saying: "from computer"?

I am trying to find out how users are experiencing solutions that I built, but this information doesn't give me clear information. How is that possible that attachmend can be added via webform from bobile device but simultaneously "from computer"?
