Notifications - Summary of changes in Email

Is there a way to send out a notification update that will either include the exported attachment of the sheet or just a list of the recent updates in the body of the notification email. I would like to send out an update to a large audience that do not have license or access to smartsheet, but I want to make it easy for them by having the updates in the body of the email notification and have them go out weekly. Does anyone know if this is possible?

1. Publish the sheet as "Read Only".

2. Include the "Read Only" link in your send options.

Create a report that shows all the rows that were modified in the last X days (using the Modified (Date) column). Next, set the report to send to all your users on a recurring basis as a PDF.

The report won't work perfectly for this, as the Modified(date) column does not work for comments or attachments.
