Create a Form with dynamic fields

Hi,

There is a way where we can create a form and in this form we can duplicate a set of field as much as we need?

Currently, I am calling a form and at the submission, I am redirecting to another form, and on submission, I am redirecting to the same report.

Could we have this in 1 form only?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

You could probably set something up with the help of a third-party tool. I'd start and look at the integration with Google Forms.

I have an Opportunity, and I have information on that Opportunity. And there is Members related to that Opportunity.

I need from a Web form create the Opportunity and the members working on that Opportunity.

So I do not have a specific number of members, I need to create members as much as I want and from 1 form.

A possible workaround could be to use two different forms. The main one and then set up that form to show a member form when submitted and it could be for one member or multiple. If it's for just one you could set it up to reload on submission and then you could submit the form for each memeber and as many times needed.

I think it will be the best way except to link the header to children records.

I need to have a linkage between the header sheet and the child sheet in order to know which children are related to which parent. Using a Web form I cannot link the first sheet to the second.

So, I was thinking to add manually the primary key of the first sheet into the child form as a text field, and using a report I can extract both records (Header / Children).

Do we have better solution?

I think something probably could be set up either inside Smartsheet or together with a third-party service.

One way to set it up could be to have two or more sheets that are connected.

Another could be to use the integration with Google Docs and create the documents there.
