Transferring Workspaces

I've had my intern create 168 workspaces, with each workspace containing approximately 20-50 sheets each, organized into various folders under each workspace. Each workspace also has 3-4 dashboards pulling together this information...

With my intern leaving at the end of next week, what is the easiest way to bulk transfer ownership of these workspaces over to me? We can't seem to figure out how to do it.

If you are on an Enterprise Plan, you can have your Sys Admin transfer all owned items from your intern to you.
