Can't access any sheets when they're shared with me
Hi, whenever my boss tries to add me as a viewer to sheets we use to keep track of clients I never receive an email telling me the sheet was shared to me, and the sheet never shows up in my "shared to me" tab. I can't figure out why this is happening. On her end, it says that she shared it with me and i'm listed as a viewer.

Hi Taryn,
Ask her to double check she is sharing it with the correct email. Maybe you are in her account as multiple contacts.
