Web form - How to select more than one on Drop Down List

You cannot do this with radio buttons. Instead, you need to add multiple checkboxes (be sure to choose caption to the right). This means that each checkbox (or choice) will need a separate column in your sheet. You can hide these columns if it gets too busy. You add the question by inserting a customized HEADING.

Follow up question on the checkbox option, when i select that option, there isn't the additional box that you can enter your value list. Did i miss something?

Each box is a checkbox column and there are two ways to add a value. The first is to name the column in the sheet, whatever you want the displayed value to be. The other option is to add a custom label to the field when you are editing the web form.
