Whenever I create a new report, does the report count against my sheet limit?

Reports do not count against your limits, only sheets. Unless something has changed that I am unaware of.

Loann is correct - Reports (and templates) do not count towards your sheet limit.

For what it is worth, I use the "templates aren't sheets" feature to archive or temporarily 'disable' my data.

I can still find it using the Search features, I can even access the infomation in some cases, but it doesn't count against me.

Thank you all for your answers. Seems like the more I use smartsheet the more I am learning about its nuances. -and the more I want to know.

It is like learning Excel (especially advanced formulas, macros, and VBA) all over again.
