No option to add specific field to form

I am trying to add a system-generated field to a web form. (Created Date)

This field will not populate on the form builder. I have tried creating the field within the form builder and within the spreadsheet itself.

I am the admin and owner of this sheet. I have successfully added other system-generated fields to forms on other Smartsheets I own and admin. 

Why else might I not be able to add this field to the form?

Hi,

The created field will show on the sheet, so it doesn't need to be added to the form.
