Using the Forms - Issue with Photo Upload
I am using smart sheet to create a IT ticket system for our office.
The web form has been working great; however, the upload (file attachement) button doesn't seem to allow android users the abliity to access to their photo gallery -- they can access the camera to take a picture at that time or access other documents/files on the phone (but no pictures). I had a user try this on multiple mobile browers on Samsung Galaxy. Also, this does not seem to be an issue for iphones - I am able to "choose existing" photo.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Tom, this sounds like a specific issue for the device. It could be a default setting or something specific to that Samsung device. I just tested this on my Android phone (Motorola Nexus 6) and this is what I see:
You will notice I have the option to select images from my Gallery. I also checked with my colleagues Galaxy S3 which had a similar menu where you can select documents, images, etc.
Have you tried locating your images through the file manger you see when you select Documents/Files? Most Android devices store them on sdcard/DCIM/Camera
If you cannot locate your photos, attach a screenshot of what you are seeing with the model of Galaxy (S4, S5, etc) you are using and we can investigate further.
