Recipient information

Options

Hey,

I wanted to send a web form link to a group of my customers. For this reason, I have set up a group in Group Management. After sending this web form link to this group, I have noticed that recipients can see each other. I wonder is it possible to hide this information, so that each recipient is unable to see other recipients?

I think you shouldn't have set up a group for that, just to send out the form via email. In the Form Options sections in the Web Forms window you can select which way you want it to be accessible:

    Accessible by

    - anyone with the link

    - a registered Smartsheet user (requires login).

The first one would have been fine.

Quite agree Atus, wrong use of Groups in this case. Cool

The problem is that when I send a link to the form via Smartsheet, all recipients see each other, but I do not want that, because every customer will know my other customers.

I have tried to group them, because then I thought the recipient name in the email the customer gets would appear as a group name, which would be ok, but unfortunately no.

For example, suppose I send a link to the form to 10 customers. Then every customer will receive an email where I will be a sender (and it is ok) and the recipient is that customer and my 9 other customers (which is bad).

So I wonder is there any way to solve this?

I am trying to format a column with an end of mo formula for insurance.  I understand that smartsheets currently does not have this.  The formula would be end of month (Date eligible) + 1.  Does anyone have a work around for this.

    Thanks

    Donna,

Maybe you can use the MONTH() function to find the month, add one to MONTH() and then use the DATE() function some how to make a new date.

There is not a BCC option in Smartsheet. I would create an email group in your email client then copy and paste the web form URL to the email and BCC everyone.
