User name display

Hi

I am adding new users to smartsheet but would prefer that their first and last names show and not just their email addresses.  This happens even if I add them to my contacts?

Is there something that I am not doing correctly? which is not allowing the display of their names the way we want it.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi Roshni,

This can occur if their name isn't entered in the personal settings. If the invitation to join your account has been accepted, you can edit their profile by right clicking on their email, selecting Edit User and then selecting Edit Profile.
