"Refresh" sheet issue

Need help.. 

The sheet that i am working upon gets updated by the Form.

I updated one cell entry manually and saved the sheet.

Though when i refresh the sheet - the entry of the cell i manually entered changed to his previous value. 

Any specific reason - why refresh is changing the cell values?

Just to add.. i tried locking the row, still its value in cell changes when i refresh.

Are you able to right click on the cell and View History.  Are all the changes actually being recorded?

We have the same issue when more than one user is updating a sheet. We do see improvement when we use the refresh link (top of sheet to the right of sheet name) and then select save... this seems to save the current users data plus the changes that were made by someone else are not wiped out.

It's possible that someone else is making changes and saving from an older version of the sheet.

It's important for everyone working on a sheet to refresh before they make changes to make sure they're not overriding your changes.
