Setting chart colors before all options have values.
Hi,
I am trying to show a series of data statuses. Currently, all of the status are "Open" (work has not started). I have all of the options selected as data for the chart, but SmartSheet does not allow me to assign a color until the values are greater than "0".
Is there any way I can preset these colors so that when the values change, all of the charts use the same colors?
So far, the only way I've been able to work around this is to set an alert to myself whenever the values are changed so I can see if I need to go in to the dashboard and change the color, which is obviously not sustainable.

I typically just manually enter a number, set my colors, then move my formulas in.

Aha, this does work. For some reason I assumed the colors would reset when a value drops to 0, but tested this out and it works. Add dummy numbers to have all of the values appear in the chart so you can change the colors, and the colors are remembered even if the values drop off the chart. Thank you!
