I'm using google mail at work but I do not use a @gmail address. Am I able to still integrate smartsheet with my email? I've downloaded the app but it doesn't seem to be working?
Keith, you can use any Gmail account with Smartsheet, even if you do not have the @gmail.com domain. What integration are you trying to utilize? If you are trying to log in to the Smartsheet app on your phone with your Gmail account, try the following:
Android: click on Account on the login page and select Sign in with Google. Note, you will need to be logged into your Gmail account on your phone for this to work.
iOS: select Use my Google Account on the login page, then follow the prompts to log in.
