COUNTIf on the Created (Date) Column
Hello
We currently enter data onto a sheet via a webform and I have the system generated created date column added in. I would like calculate the amount of entries from the current day so that I can then use that calculation on a dashboard. I've tried a couple of formulae but nothing is working for me.
I would like to avoid adding a new column which will then extract the date using formula as I would need to make sure the formula is on every row each day. We have 12 sheets in use as they are separated monthly so making sure that each sheet has the formula on all rows each day would be a hassle.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Emma

Hi Emma,
I'd recommend creating a metric sheet and then use cross-sheet formulas to collect the entries and sum from all sheets and show that on the dashboard.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic weekend!

You should be able to use a basic
=COUNTIFS([Created Column]:[Created Column], TODAY())
