Report missing row after additional row added in smartsheet

I have a smartsheet set up with all transactional sales for each region (including status, probability etc...)

I also have a report written looking specifically at just one region. However, when a new line/row was inserted in the smartsheet the detail (new line) has not fed through to the report.

The totals are correct (indluding the amounts from the missing row) but the detail is missing.

Not sure what to do as the obvious looks fine...?

Go to Report Builder.

Look at which column the report is keying on to determine whether the row appears in the report or not.

If the new row's column does not meet that criteria it will not appear on the report but its math will (since the "total" row on the report is pulling from the source sheet which contains the missing row's math).

Make sense?

Yes it makes sense, that was my assumption too. The report is only filtering on a region (APAC) and the column with the region detail is displaying correctly in my sheet so really should be coming through to the report...

Just to update everyone, I took a look at Nikki's sheet and report and found the row in question did not meet one of the report builder criterias which is why it was not pulled into the report.
